New 'Puter.

Connie says there is nothing like starting over! She is totally correct. She has held my hand while new passwords were inputted, old passwords were searched, and silly ideas floated through my brain. Thanks for friends!! Moral Support!!!!

Mesquite Country has disappeared--well, just can't find it yet--so maybe Marilyn Smith will find my blog on FB for a while until we can get all the connections renewed. Hope everyone can still get online--Sharon Dickerson may have to be re-invited to share Common Sense with us since she started a new account. Such fun.

Got a whole bunch of weeds whacked before the battery ran out. It's ready to go again, but my get up and go got up and went already. Maybe tomorrow will be a good day for getting the weed eating done.

Only picked up thirteen eggs today. May have some confused hens out there. Saw two in one nest earlier and one sitting on a bucket next to the nest. Yep, just a bit out of kilter maybe.

Thought that Thompson needed his rabies vaccine on Monday and found a piece of paper saying it was not due yet. But meanwhile he has lost the tags on his collar. May just go to Petco or wherever and get a tag with his name and my phone number on it. ONE tag should do it. Western Hills Vets want him to have every test under the sun. Nope, not going to do all that stuff. It was nearly $400 last time they did all that stuff. May have his chip checked and see if it can give any information or if it needs to be updated somehow. Not really sure how that works. We got both dogs chipped at Dry Forks in Henrietta some years back. Not sure if it matters.

This new keyboard feels funny--not ha ha but strange funny. It will take a while to get accustomed to it, no doubt.

Had to get a new version of Microsoft Office since the key to the old copy was copied down and put in some weird place. Wish ONE freaking password for everything would do the job, but no, have to have six letters, two numbers, and a symbol for some things. Think a good password should be something simple like "my stuff." And don't you appreciate it when your computer saves your passwords FOR you! Oh well. Griping won't change things.

Have a good book over there waiting for me to read it. Finished one last night and started another. It keeps my mind busy sometimes when things start bugging me. Little things on your mind can be like a chigger that gets around your belt line--danged irritating. sigh

Connie and yours truly have decided not to drag the teeter board over to my house. It's too heavy for her to load and drag into my place, so that means it would be too heavy for me to move around here. Not worth it. Might go to her house to try it later since she has it set up in her spare bedroom now. She said getting it out of the closet was fun--not. See, some of us just have to decide which battles are worth the effort.

Really don't have anything on my mind worth sharing tonight. We need rain, but the next forecasted rain is for this coming Wednesday at 50% through Saturday. Let's hope that we get rain each of those days! Our trees and all the grass need moisture. We are likely to have a bad wild fire year if this keeps up. See, worry about something that we can't change!

May all of you rest well this night and awake knowing that God is in charge. You are loved.
